As an intentionally small, concierge women’s care practice, we are mindful about the number of patients we can admit.
Our practice has been able to take only a handful of new patients since March 2023.

Our practice is limited to:
Females age 12 or older
Individuals with PPO insurance or who pay cash; Medicare patients with a supplemental plan or who pay cash
We are a concierge medical practice with a membership fee in addition to traditional healthcare fees.
About Concierge Medicine
As a concierge medical practice, there are two components to your care:
Concierge Membership Services & Fee
Membership can’t be covered by insurance.*
It is self-paid.
This is how we deliver care, including direct in-person and cell phone access to Dr. Perlow; comprehensive, whole-person care; coordination with other providers, and more.
Membership fee is separate from and in addition to traditional fees for healthcare services.
*If you have an HSA (Health Savings Account), ask if they cover membership fees (such as a gym membership).
Healthcare Services & Fees
This is what care is delivered, such as exams, labs, consults, etc.
The fees for healthcare services are billed separately and can be covered by insurance or self-paid.

You’ll be asked which type of care you’re seeking:
Concierge Women’s Care Services
Concierge Women’s Care is for prospective patients seeking gynecological care, planning to get pregnant in the near future or currently less than 13 weeks pregnant.
Concierge Women’s Care fee is $3,500
12-month commitment
Includes first 13 weeks of pregnancy care
Concierge Pregnancy Care Services
Pregnancy Care is for prospective patients who are currently at least 13 weeks pregnant.
Concierge Pregnancy Care fee starts at $8,500
10-month commitment
Begins at 13 weeks pregnant and continues until 4 months postpartum
Concierge Gender Diverse Care Services
Concierge Gender Diverse Care is whole-person healthcare for those whose anatomy conforms to traditional gynecological care, whether or not your identity and soul do.
Concierge Gender Diverse Care fee is $3,500
12-month commitment
Dr. Perlow is a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH)
