The Membership Experience
As a concierge OB/GYN practice, we are changing the way women’s care and pregnancy care are delivered.
Concierge medical practices run a little differently than traditional medical practices.
There is a concierge membership fee for being in the practice that covers how care is delivered.
In addition, patients are responsible for healthcare fees that cover what care is delivered (exams, labs, etc.).
As a Concierge Women’s Care patient, you have expansive and direct access to Dr. Perlow, a comprehensive focus on your whole-person health and ongoing empowerment with other providers and beyond.
Concierge fees cover how your care is delivered.
Your Concierge Women’s Care services include:
Every 4 months, we provide a thorough review of your health, focusing on preventative care.
Urgent appointments, same-day or next-day.
Assistance with navigating emergency room (ER) experiences and deciding whether urgent care or ER is necessary.
Virtual visits via healthcare-compliant software.
24/7 direct communication with Dr. Perlow via her cell phone through voice calls, text messaging and email access when she is not providing services to other patients.
Physician visits at your home, if located within 15 miles of the practice, at Dr. Perlow’s discretion.
Coordination of preferred specialist referrals unique to your local area.

Concierge Women’s Care Membership
The membership fee for Concierge Women’s Care is $3,500 annually.
Payable in full or by the month.
You can cancel your membership, but it cannot be paused.
Memberships auto-renew until you opt out.
Note that hospital services, emergency services, surgery and/or related surgical services, radiology services, third-party services and/or laboratory services are not covered by the concierge membership fee.
Concierge Pregnancy Care Membership
Dr. Perlow’s approach to pregnancy care is different from the standard OB model. Our unique, complete concierge pregnancy care gives you more frequent visits with a whole-person approach to your pregnancy.
Concierge fees cover how your care is delivered.
Your Concierge Pregnancy Care services include:
More frequent visits than standard obstetric care with a focus on mindfulness, parenting, confidence, decreasing anxiety and insight into emotional triggers.
Dr. Perlow attending as physician of record for Concierge Pregnancy Care patients at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center, with OB hospitalists as backup only.
Closely attended birth similar to the doula or midwife model; in addition, Dr. Perlow is a Board-Certified surgeon.
Extended postpartum care, including a 1-week postpartum visit and additional appointments as needed to identify early interventions for family adjustment and encourage activities that promote healing and recovery for 4 months postpartum.
Personalized coordination of specialty guidance for emergencies, genetic counseling, high-risk and maternal-fetal medicine specialists unique to your local area.
Personalized hospital tour with Dr. Perlow at 35 to 37 weeks of pregnancy.
Urgent appointments, same-day or next-day.
Assistance with navigating emergency room (ER) experiences and deciding whether urgent care or ER is necessary.
Virtual visits via healthcare-compliant software.

Dr. Perlow’s Pregnancy Care Timeline
Our unique, complete concierge pregnancy care covers from 13 weeks to 4 months postpartum – without ignoring the first trimester.
After 4 months postpartum, transition to a Concierge Women’s Care patient.
First Trimester
You remain (or join the practice as) a Concierge Women’s Care patient.
All pregnancy-related care, advice and testing are delivered.
Direct access to Dr. Perlow in office and via her personal cell phone as often as necessary to keep anxiety low and confidence in your pregnancy high.
Second & Third Trimester
You transition to a Concierge Pregnancy Care patient.
All pregnancy-related care, advice and testing are delivered, including personalized hospital tours.
Direct access to Dr. Perlow in office and via her personal cell phone as often as necessary to keep anxiety low and confidence in your pregnancy high.
Closely attended birth similar to the doula or midwife model; in addition, Dr. Perlow is a board-certified surgeon and can perform cesareans as medically indicated.
Postpartum Care
Regular post-pregnancy care and access beginning at 1 week after birth or sooner to ensure your recovery and ongoing health and to help you navigate this vulnerable transition time.
Direct access to Dr. Perlow via her personal cell phone as often as necessary to keep anxiety low and confidence in the parenting skills you’re developing high.

Dr. Perlow’s Pregnancy Care Timeline

After 4 months postpartum, transition to a Concierge Women’s Care patient.
The membership fee for Concierge Pregnancy Care starts at $8,500.
The fee may increase due to VBAC or complex medical issues that require nuanced expertise.
Payable in full or in 10 monthly payments.
You transition into Pregnancy Care at 13 weeks; you transition out of Pregnancy Care 4 months after the birth of your baby.
Note that hospital services, emergency services, surgery and/or related surgical services, radiology services, third-party services and/or laboratory services are not covered by the concierge membership fee.
