THE BEST APPS TO TRACK YOUR PERIOD OR LACK THEREOF
The ACOG “Appy Hour” lecture in May 2015, was great, they published their study while I was there. It was a fun and exciting lecture. A year later, it must have been a landmark study because it was part of the Maintenance of Certification to maintain your license as a Board-Certified Obstetrician Gynecologist! (I just finished reading a bunch of articles and answering 120 questions getting 90% the first-time through) Yes, I am Board Certified, still.
So, the Apps on your phone for tracking your period and when to take your pill, were narrowed down from almost 10,000 Free Apps to 20 that have enough information to help you figure out your cycle and 5 that I could work with you on and we could have a good look at your period patterns with the swipe of a finger. I think that’s so cool when you guys bring in your Apps with your period patterns on them. All of these Apps consider that your normal period interval can start at day 22, which makes it so you don’t think something is wrong with you because your App is telling you your body is off when the App is off. The only App that had any medical consultation or cited literature was Clue.
Soooo the best Free Apps that can be purchased through GooglePlay or the iTunes store are…
